Prior to entering the consulting world in 2017, and after a varied 20+ year career in Pulp & Paper, Phil spent almost a decade in the startup space, playing a key role in getting both LiveTiles and then The Yield from inception to first iteration of market facing scalable software.

What is Phil passionate about in his work?

Phil believes in achieving success through setting others up to win. Phil is an active member of the mentoring community in Australia in his role as a volunteer mentor with Rare Birds and The Hive Collective.

What is Phil passionate about outside of his work?

Phil enjoys time with his family away from work, and spending time with his granddaughters is a focus.
