Outside of work, James enjoys exploring short hikes around Hobart, spoiling his dog, motorbiking with friends, tending to a fast-growing garden and unwinding with games at home. Family and friends are central to his life, shaped by the resilience he has seen in his own family’s health journey. Living in Kingston Beach, he appreciates the dog-friendly coastline, walking the Alum Cliffs and Boronia Beach trails and you'll likely see him celebrating the annual Olliebollen festival, Dark Mofo and taking part in the MRA Toy Run.
