Alisha is a People & Operations Assistant at The Project Lab and a current double-degree student at the University of Tasmania, studying a Bachelor of ICT in Artificial Intelligence alongside a Bachelor of Business in Economics. She brings a fresh perspective to her work, combining her understanding of emerging technologies and economic principles with practical experience in policy drafting, project coordination, and process improvement.

Outside of work, Alisha enjoys cooking, writing poetry, and learning to play the ukulele. She loves spending time by the water, discovering random facts, and embracing the calm, laid-back rhythm of life in Hobart. Alisha approaches her career with focus, kindness, and a dedication to making a positive impact in both her professional and personal life.
