As People & Operations Lead, Hannah works across People & Culture, Finance, Technology, and Brand, Marketing & Communications to help the business operate efficiently and sustainably. With strengths in operational coordination, workforce planning, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, she is passionate about creating connected systems and positive team experiences that support organisational growth and high performance.

She is passionate about building clarity and consistency across the business, supporting everything from workforce planning and compliance to internal systems, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
