What advice would you give to a Founder or CEO? When Ben Jones was being interviewed about his recent appointment to CEO at The Project Lab, he flipped it back to Ben Cashman and asked him what advice he'd give to another Founder, or CEO, based on his experience.

Cashman reflects on the role of a CEO:

“Listening to others around you, bringing people up into their roles and giving them the space to lead has a far greater impact than a CEO trying to run it and do it all themselves.”
