The best workshops create an environment where a group of people can work together, bringing all of their shared experience and knowledge to solve problems and develop new ideas.

Many companies run workshops internally which means a key person from the team is tasked with facilitating the workshop and their voice is lost from the discussions. Not having everyone participating equally limits the overall chance to achieve the desired outcomes.

The Project Lab offers Facilitated Workshops with experienced facilitators who will work with your group to focus on what’s important right now. Your organisation will benefit from having an objective and skilled facilitator whose goal is to allow all attendees to fully contribute and get the most out of a planned time together.  

Our facilitators have years of experience across a range of industries and organisations, and there is no team dynamic that they haven’t seen and worked with before. Depending on what you want to achieve from the workshop, we will match you up with the right facilitator(s) who will plan the day in collaboration with you.

What to expect: 

• Our facilitator will spend half a day with you to learn about your organisation and what you would like to get out of the workshop.
• They will plan the workshop in consultation with you.
• The workshop will be half a day with the whole team.
• This will be followed up with a half day to review the results and discuss next steps for your organisation.

Cost: $5,000 (1.5 days work)
