As the Service Delivery Officer in our Advisory and Consulting Team, you’ll coordinate the post-sale process and Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems for all engagements across The Project Lab, ensuring the efficiency and consistency of our processes and enabling a seamless experience for our clients and delivery team.

Your warm, approachable and action-oriented nature will enable you to engage with a variety of stakeholders, achieving objectives quickly while maintaining client service excellence.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Monitoring engagement performance, capturing and communicating relevant data and metrics throughout each phase of the Service Delivery Process.
  • Executing and continually improving our Service Delivery Process, supporting our Management Consultants and Delivery Team to bring value and service excellence for our clients in every engagement.
  • Facilitating meetings with our delivery team and clients throughout the delivery lifecycle (from engagement kick-off to completion), maintaining an excellent client experience.
