About the role

We need you, our new People & Culture Officer, to help us make it happen. You will bring energy and passion, live and demonstrate our values in your everyday work and enhance the everyday work experience of our team by ensuring they are supported, happy and have what they need to succeed.

About you

  • Ideally, you have experience working in People & Culture team or a fast-paced office environment.
  • You're a great communicator and are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment that promotes the health and well-being of all team members.
  • You’re confident with people.
  • You’re a critical thinker with an attention to detail and future planning.
  • You go above and beyond to ensure that you promote the values of your organisation.
  • You build and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with team members, clients and other stakeholders with ease.
  • You have a passion for growth and you're always looking to develop your skills, both personally and professionally.
