As a Management Consultant in our Extended Leadership Team, you’ll work with Tasmanian businesses large and small to understand their pain points and develop meaningful solutions that our team of specialist delivery consultants will execute.  

Your experience building and nurturing lasting relationships will enable you to manage and build upon an existing client base, using your business acumen and knowledge of our services to deliver on our mission ‘to make Tasmania the most liveable island’.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Build meaningful relationships with Tasmanian clients, maintaining their business with excellent customer service and partnering to develop solutions relevant to their business and wider community needs.

• Maintain a strong understanding of our client needs and our business services to support a consistent pipeline of work for our team of consultants.

• Be an industry leader, attending industry events and growing your presence to support awareness of our service offerings and impact within the community.  

• Drive the continued evolution of our service offerings through your deep understanding of client and community needs.

We want to hear from you if you’re:

• Energised by nurturing meaningful relationships with a growing client base and building in-depth understanding of client needs to develop solutions.  

• Experienced in scoping, negotiating and executing sales for sustained business.

• Well-versed in business strategy and operations to identify business pain-points and develop practical solutions.
