We are on the hunt for a go-getting-goal kicking-creative Graphic Design Lead who is ready to hit the ground running and join our team. 

As Graphic Design Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining the standard of our visual Brand and leading in house graphic design across the organisation. You're passionate and able to bring ideas to life, effectively portraying ours and our Client’s identity while always striving to create something unique.

Does this sound like you?

• You're a graphic designer that's passionate about Tasmania, and genuinely excited for the opportunity to make a difference to our community.
• You're skilled in the full adobe suite and happy producing templates, training materials, social media assets, infographics and illustrations, e-newsletters, online and print advertising, project branding, and corporate documents.
• Your combination of technical understanding and creative talent, as well as strong project management skills allows you the ability to handle competing deadlines, whilst not impacting quality.
• You are known for your creativity and ability to bring ideas to life. You don’t shy from a challenge, and you’re excited by the diversity in work that this role provides. 
• You are highly competent and able to work autonomously whilst also collaborating across the team to ensure design goals are met. From journey maps to presentations, web content or videos, you’re flexible and skilled in supporting communication through visual imagery.

Some essentials for this role...

• 3+ years' experience in a graphic design role
• Design related qualifications
• Expert skills in full Adobe CS including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Experience working collaboratively and designing templates in the Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio
• Ability to follow and manage style guides, and provide others guidance on their applications
• Ability to work quickly and accurately with multiple competing deadlines and projects
• A passion for our purpose, and the ability to present and design in a way that accurately represents our values and who we are
• Experience estimating timeframes or providing quotes on scopes of work
• Web development, videographer, photography skills are desirable but not essential.
