As Sector Director leading one of our five sector teams you will be developing and implementing the strategy to increase influence, strengthen, and stimulate growth in the Healthcare and Social Assistance sector in Tasmania. Your focus will be building relationships and representing The Project Lab at a sector-level with major clients, industry bodies and relevant government departments across all service levels including advisory, consulting and project delivery.
You will establish a high-performing team of advisors, consultants and delivery team members who are equipped and motivated to work with our clients to achieve their goals. As a key part of the leadership team of The Project Lab you will contribute to culture, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and professional development of our valued team.
