• Demonstrated expertise in business analysis, project management and consulting activities.  
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
• Advanced interpersonal skills that support you to negotiate win-win solutions, actively listen, encourage others, convey reliable facts and build rapport in difficult solutions to lead to effective outcomes
• Demonstrated experience in working with teams in the delivery of specific deliverables 
• Success in working and developing meaningful relationships with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service, function or product provided and ability to influence them to determine acceptable solutions.  
• Experience in combining knowledge, skills and energy to create valuable and relevant outcomes to clients. 
• Experience in customer experience specifically customer and user journey mapping/voice of the customer.  
• A customer-oriented and strong commercial mindset. 
• Proficient in workshop facilitation. 
• An expert in process/value stream mapping, waste elimination and improvement. 
• Highly competent, can work autonomously and work well in teams.  
• Experience as a professional in Business Analysis, Business Improvement or a related field 
• Degree in Business, IT, technology or certifications in a relevant field (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile Methodology
