As a consultant within our team, you will partner with Tasmanian businesses to create meaningful solutions that help shape strategy, improve how work gets done, and empower people to lead change that benefits the Tasmanian community.

With your experience as a business analyst, you’ll deliver tailored solutions designed to meet the unique needs of each client, whether they are a small or large business, public or private.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Create real value by deeply understanding client needs and delivering practical solutions aligned with our mission and services.
• Build strong, genuine relationships with clients and our team to deliver great customer service and achieve outcomes collaboratively.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the way we work and operate as a business.

We want to hear from you if you:

• Have spent 2-7 years in business analysis or a similar consulting role and enjoy working with clients solve real problems and achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Thrive on variety through the teams that you work with and the projects and industries that you impact.
• Have led workshops, mapped processes, written clear requirements and helped teams align on a way forward.
• Enjoy collaborating and coming together as a team to share learnings, have a laugh and look for ways to improve how we work.
• Are skilled at breaking down complex ideas and explaining them clearly, both in writing and through conversation.
• You care about doing purposeful work for clients, think ahead, and are keen to keep learning and growing in a supportive environment.
• You understand how businesses operate and enjoy finding practical, sustainable solutions that make a real difference for our clients and the Tasmanian community.
