Keeping my finger on the pulse of the organisation; helping to deliver service outcomes that contribute to a great customer experience.
I love the culture. I love that we make a difference for our customers. I love that we’re here to stay and we’re important for Tasmania.
Make It Matter means we engage in projects that are important for Tasmania, and we do it in a way that values our customers, our state and our team. Above all, it’s people centric.
Being a Principal Consultant for Promendo – The Process Company, based in Brisbane, I founded their Process Improvement practice. I consulted at a senior level with companies in Australia, New Zealand, Silicon Valley USA and Singapore and relished the assignments that gave me the influence to bring about positive change. I loved the growth curve of the business. I loved that I could help shape the company. I really enjoyed the vibe and relationships.
The Huon Valley is our home ground in Tasmania. Whilst I’ll enjoy so much more, I believe there’s so much just around Hobart and Huon Valley that I’ll be soaking it up for some time. As a photographer, I want to capture some of the beauty of the region, and that drives my leisure time. I would like to be involved with Wooden Boat Centre at Franklin.
Amazing natural beauty! Having escaped from Ballarat on the mainland, I’m relishing being by the sea again! I grew up on the water, and eating fresh seafood is just fantastic!
The Project Lab in an exciting phase of growth. It’s big enough that it’s making a real difference, but there’s opportunity to use my diverse skills to help The Project Lab succeed. My personal measure of success will be knowing I’m making the engine room of The Project Lab really hum!
